Blend all the ingredients except the sprinkles for garnishing in a blender.
Only butter a mold with a hole in the middle, place the mixture and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake in bain marie for approximately 40 min.
Do not let the water boil, be careful.
After roasting take it to the fridge.
As soon as it is ready to serve, unmold and stick the sprinkles all over the brigadeiro.
If you prefer, put the strawberries right away, or the maltine egg.
