- 1 cup of sugar160 g
- 4 tablespoons of butter or margarine100 g
- 1 cup of milk200 ml
- 2 cups of wheat flour200 g
- 1 cup cocoa powder90 g
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder14 g
- 2 cups of cold whipped cream400 ml
- 1/2 cup passion fruit juice concentrate100 ml
- 5 tablespoons of powdered milk70 g
- 5 tablespoons of sugar75 g
- Dark chocolate120 g
- 3 tablespoons of milk to taste
- In the blender, place the milk, butter or margarine, 1 cup of sugar, eggs, cocoa powder and beat for 2 minutes.
- Add the wheat flour little by little while beating, add the baking powder and beat quickly just to mix.
- Grease a loaf pan with margarine and add the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 35 minutes.
- In a bowl place the whipped cream, powdered milk, concentrated passion fruit juice, 5 tablespoons of sugar and beat well until it reaches firm peaks.
- Unmold the cake and cut it into 5 slices of equal thickness, line the same English cake pan with plastic and make layers as follows: cake, filling and cake, ending in cake. Reserve in the fridge.
- For the frosting, in a container, place the semisweet chocolate and 3 tablespoons of milk and microwave for 30 seconds. Mix until smooth.
- Unmold the cake, decorate with the chocolate syrup and serve.
