Warm water

Chocolate powder 50% cocoa

Demerara or refined sugar (1 and 1/2 cup)

Vanilla essence

Bata no liquidificador os ovos, o óleo, o açúcar e o chocolate dissolvido na água morna, depois em um bowl coloque a farinha peneirada, sal e a baunilha e acrescente os outros ingredientes e bata com o fuet até ficar uma massa homogênea.

Asse em forma de orifício central untada e polvilhada com chocolate em pó, em forno pré aquecido a 180C.

Forno até o palito sair limpinho.

Joguei açúcar de confeiteiro peneirado por cima, depois de pronto.

Bake in the shape of a central hole, greased and sprinkled with chocolate powder, in a preheated oven at 180C.

Oven until toothpick comes out clean.

I sprinkled sifted icing sugar on top after it was ready.

Opção de ganache para jogar por cima do bolo.

Coloque no microondas, chocolate( usei uma barra) amargo picado e deixe derreter, o meu levou 1 minuto para derreter, tem que tomar cuidado para não queimar, misturar com uma caixinha de creme de leite.

Gosto de ganache, porque além de prático é leve e não fica enjoativo.
