Xylitol or other sweetener2 tablespoon
Almond flour2 tablespoon
Cocoa powder1 tablespoon
Yeast1/2 teaspoon
Coconut oil or butter1 dessert spoon

Start by melting the coconut oil in the cup and add all the ingredients: flour, xylitol, cocoa, egg and yeast. Mix well until it becomes a dough.
Place the dough in a glass cup or container and then in the microwave and leave for 1 minute. Remove the cup and make sure the dough is not raw. If necessary, bake for another 30 seconds.
If you want to melt chocolate 70% and put it on top of your mug cake.
