Then add the chocolate to the wheat flour, and gradually the boiling water and beat until the dough is well incorporated, then add the yeast and stir. with a spatula or fouet, gently and lastly add the snow whites. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° in a greased and infarinhada shape.
- Note: Chocolate can be substituted for nescal too, but the cake is sweeter. And the water is boiling, be careful when you put it in the pasta so you don't burn yourself and also don't let the pasta cook ok? All dry ingredients were passed through a sieve which is optional, but avoids lumps in the dough.
