Sugar1 cup
Eggs4 unit(s)
warm milk3/4 cup
Chocolate powder1/2 cup
Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
Bicarbonate1 teaspoon
Margarine1 tablespoon

Sift the flour and cocoa powder and set aside.
In the mixer, place the eggs + butter + sugar and beat until you form a homogeneous cream.
Add the warm milk and flour little by little to the mixture made in the mixer and beat.
Add the bicarbonate and then the yeast.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C in a greased pan for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
❗ The dough looks great to cut, wet and stuffing because it doesn't crumble easily.
