Junte as duas gemas bata com açúcar, acrescente o óleo o chocolate em pó e bata . Coloque aos poucos a farinha e acrescente a água morna . Bata as claras em neve , junte a massa e coloque o fermento mexendo suavemente.
Unte uma forma e coloque para  assar por 30 minutos a 180 ° graus .

Cobertura de brigadeiro

Junte o leite condensado com  margarina  e o chocolate leve ao fogo brando numa panela e mexa por 5 minutos .
Deixando um pouco mais mole que o brigadeiro normal .

Retire o bolo da forma e derrame a cobertura por cima .
