- Chocolate powder1 cup

- Warm milk1 cup
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- 1 can of condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream100 ml
- Chocolate powder3 tablespoon
- Beat the eggs, warm milk, sugar and butter in a blender for two minutes. Then put a cup of cocoa powder (I used 50% cocoa) and beat again.
- Add the sifted wheat flour and beat quickly, finally add the baking powder.
- Bake in a greased and floured pan in a preheated oven at 180° for 30 to 40 minutes. While the cake bakes, prepare the frosting.
- In a pan put a can of condensed milk, half a box of cream and 3 tablespoons full of chocolate powder. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until it begins to boil and thickens slightly.
- Once the cake is ready let it cool, unmold and put on the frosting. If you want, you can decorate with chocolate shavings or sprinkles.
