- Squeeze the lemon and add it to the cup of milk and set aside. Place the eggs, margarine and sugar in a bowl, beat until creamy. Add the milk mixture with the lemon and the flour and the chocolate powder gradually beat it with the fue (the flour and the chocolate powder must be sifted to make the dough fluffier) finally put the baking powder and light to bake in an oven at medium temperature for 40 minutes or until cooked
- In a pan, mix the condensed milk with the powdered chocolate and a teaspoon of margarine. Then take it to the low fire, stirring constantly until it thickens and comes off the pan. Turn off the heat and keep stirring a little. Let it cool and roll the brigadeiro of the size you prefer.
- Remove the cake from the oven, unmold it while it is still hot and set aside.
- Coverage: Mix the chocolate, margarine and a little milk (approximately 3 tablespoons of milk) Place over low heat until it thickens or boils.
- After the cake is cold, throw the frosting and decorate with the brigadeiro.
