Em um liquidificador, comece colocando os ovos, o açúcar refinado ou cristal, o chocolate em pó, a água morna e o óleo, bata tudo muito bem por 5 minutos.

Despeje a mistura em uma tigela grande e peneire a farinha de trigo, o fermento em pó químico, agora misture tudo muito bem até homogeneizar. 

Despeje a massa em uma assadeira, untada com margarina ou manteiga e polvilhada com chocolate.

Leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180 graus por cerca de 35 minutos. O tempo pode variar de acordo com a potência do seu forno.

Calda:
Enquanto isso, em uma frigideira ou panela, coloque o leite, o chocolate em pó, e leite condensado, misture tudo muito bem até que a calda levante fervura, quando isso acontecer, misture por +1 minuto. 

Feito isso, apague o fogo e reserve ao lado.

Cobertura:
Agora, em uma panela grande, coloque o creme de leite e o chocolate em pó, misture muito bem até homogeneizar. Misture muito bem e sem parar até engrossar. Quando isso acontecer, abaixe o fogo e misture por +2 minutos. 

Durante esse tempo, o bolo já assou. 

Fure o bolo com uma faca e despeje toda a calda que fizemos.

Feito isso, despeje toda a cobertura de brigadeiro por cima do bolo, espalhando muito bem. 

Para finalizar, cubra o bolo com granulado de chocolate, a gosto.

Once that's done, turn off the heat and set aside.

Roof:
Now, in a large pan, place the milk cream and chocolate powder, mix very well until homogenized. Mix very well and without stopping until it thickens. When this happens, lower the heat and mix for +2 minutes.

During this time, the cake has already baked.

Pierce the cake with a knife and pour all the syrup we made.

That done, pour all the brigadeiro frosting over the cake, spreading it very well.

To finish, cover the cake with chocolate sprinkles, to taste.
