In a blender, break the eggs, cut the bananas into slices, add the peanut butter, the SupraSoy Lactose-Free Chocolate Flavor, and beat until a smooth and homogeneous paste is obtained. Then add the yeast and beat quickly just to mix. In a round shape with a hole in the middle, greased, 23 cm, pour the dough, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cake is completely baked. For the topping, beat the water with the SupraSoy Light Zero Lactose in a blender, then pour it into a pan, along with the other ingredients, and over high heat, stir non-stop until it thickens and leaves the bottom of the pan. With the frosting still slightly warm, cover the cake. You can decorate with chocolate sprinkles, chocolate shavings, or fruit.
