Semisweet Chocolate400 g
Cocoa Powder (or Chocolate)30 g
Eggs4 unit(s)
Sugar240 g
Butter200 g
Wheat Flour210 g
White chocolate100 g

Melt the chocolate with the butter in the microwave
After melting, add the sugar, cocoa powder and eggs, mix well with a whisk.
Finish with the flour and a pinch of salt, mixing lightly and baking, yields 1 large or 2 medium-sized baking dish, sprinkle chopped white chocolate on top
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until the fork comes out damp, about 25/30min
