  • Cupuacu500 g
  • Sugar300 g
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Powdered milk4 tablespoon
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  • Chocolate500 g
  1. FILLING 1: Bring the cupuaçu and sugar to the boil, stir until it comes off the pan, as if it were a candy. Set aside and when cool, make medium balls.
  2. FILLING 2: Bring the condensed milk, powdered milk and margarine to the fire, stir until it comes off the pan. Reserve. When cool, use to wrap the cupuaçu candy balls.
  3. COVERAGE: Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and wrap the filling bubbles in the melted chocolate, let it dry.
  4. You can also use candy molds.
  5. Just place the filling bubbles in the mold and cover to the rim with melted chocolate.
  6. Then put it in the fridge for 10 minutes and unmold.
