  • Sour cream200 g
  • Chocolate powder1 cup
  • Chocolate powder5 tablespoon
  • whipped cream500 ml
  • Chocolate bar100 g
  • Strawberries and bonbons to taste
  1. For the cake dough: in the mixer add eggs and the sifted sugar. Beat until the sugar dissolves completely. After add the oil by thread, later to warm water and mix. Turn off the mixer and sift the wheat flour and baking powder. Beat again until it becomes a homogeneous mixture. Grease a mold (I used the 20cm rim) or place baking paper on the bottom and pour the cake batter. Take to bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. Then remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
  2. While the cake bakes, prepare the filling. In a pan add the condensed milk, 200g of cream and two tablespoons of powdered chocolate. Stir over low heat until you reach the brigadier point. After booking
  3. Chantilly coverage: in the mixer add the liquid whipped cream with 3 spoons of chocolate powder. Let it beat at high speed until it reaches the peak point (when you lift the beater and do not fall). Reserve
  4. Ganache frosting: melt the chocolate bar and add 100g of cream. Stir until it becomes a homogeneous cream. Reserve
  5. Assembly: cut the cake into 3 discs. Place a plastic film in the mold where the cake was baked, add a cake disc, moisten it with the syrup of your choice, add half the filling (you can add strawberries and pieces of bonbon if you want), repeat the process with the second cake disc, syrup, stuffing and finish with the last cake disk.
  6. Unmold the cake onto a cake plate. Pass the chocolate whipped cream (and if you want to decorate, you can use a spatula) Later, place the ganache on top, I used a tube to make the dripping on the side. Finally put strawberries and chocolates on top of the cake to taste.
