- Champagne Biscuit300 g
- Milk chocolate300 g
- Milk Cream200 g
- whipped cream100 g
- Strawberry250 g
- Icing Sugar3 tablespoon
- Place the milk chocolate in pieces to melt in the microwave and then mix with the cream. Reserve.
- In the tart pan with the removable bottom, place the champagne biscuits on the bottom and sides of the pan. Then put a layer of chocolate with milk cream and another strawberry and another biscuit. Do this until you have two fingers left to finish.
- Place the chilled whipped cream and sugar in a mixer and beat until firm. Add the chantilly to the pie and finish with strawberries.
