  • Champagne Biscuit300 g
  • Milk chocolate300 g
  • Milk Cream200 g
  • whipped cream100 g
  • Strawberry250 g
  • Icing Sugar3 tablespoon
  1. Place the milk chocolate in pieces to melt in the microwave and then mix with the cream. Reserve.
  2. In the tart pan with the removable bottom, place the champagne biscuits on the bottom and sides of the pan. Then put a layer of chocolate with milk cream and another strawberry and another biscuit. Do this until you have two fingers left to finish.
  3. Place the chilled whipped cream and sugar in a mixer and beat until firm. Add the chantilly to the pie and finish with strawberries.
