Chocolate and raspberry pie

Num bowl adicione farinha de trigo o açúcar, a manteiga o ovo, o sal. Misture tudo até ficar homogêneo, leve para a geladeira por 20 min. Abra entre duas folhas de papel manteiga, e disponha sobre as formas de 8cm de diâmetro. Asse por 10min

In a bowl add wheat flour, sugar, butter, egg, salt. Mix everything until smooth, take it to the fridge for 20 min. Open between two sheets of parchment paper, and arrange on 8cm diameter molds. Bake for 10min

Num bowl a parte adicione o chocolate e o creme de leite e leve para o microondas, misture até obter um ganache liso e brilhoso

In a separate bowl add the chocolate and cream and take it to the microwave, mix until you get a smooth and shiny ganache.

Recheie as tortas com a ganache e leve para a geladeira por 2 horas, finalize com as framboesas e o pistache 

Fill the pies with the ganache and take it to the fridge for 2 hours, finish with the raspberries and pistachios.
