Chocolate and raspberry pie

In a bowl add wheat flour, sugar, butter, egg, salt. Mix everything until smooth, take it to the fridge for 20 min. Open between two sheets of parchment paper, and arrange on 8cm diameter molds. Bake for 10min
In a separate bowl add the chocolate and cream and take it to the microwave, mix until you get a smooth and shiny ganache.
Fill the pies with the ganache and take it to the fridge for 2 hours, finish with the raspberries and pistachios.
