  • Cocoa powder2 tablespoon
  • Peanut Butter (2 for the dough and 2 for the filling4 dessert spoon
  • 70% milk-free chocolate in drops or chopped50 g
  • Baking Powder1 dessert spoon
  1. Mash the bananas, add the cocoa powder, the chopped chocolate, the chestnut paste and mix. Add the yeast and stir gently. Line a small tray or loaf pan with parchment paper and grease with coconut oil. Put half the dough, make a layer with your paste and finish with the rest of the dough. Bake in a preheated medium oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. When you take it out of the oven, wait for it to cool and unmold. You can cut it like a cake or brownie.
