- cornstarch2 tablespoon
- sour cream1 unit(s)
- eggs3 unit(s)
- gelatin2 unit(s)
- in a pan put condensed milk and cornstarch and stir well, add just the 3 egg yolks with that put the milk and stir until you get a thick cream.
- Dissolve the two gelatines in 300 ml of water, boil and add another 300 ml of water, beat the egg whites. put the gelatin in the whites and beat until all pink
- Place the white cream in a transparent bowl and add the beaten gelatin with the whites! will automatically divide the cream with the gelatine and the foam. to finish you can put whatever you want like strawberries...chocolate...it's up to you! put in the fridge until the gelatin sets and serve to your guests
