  • Sunflower oil preferred50 ml
  • Vanilla essence10 g
  • Wheat flour180 g
  1. Beat the eggs and sugar in a mixer until tripled in volume.
  2. Stop the beating process and add the milk with oil and vanilla essence. Incorporate.
  3. Sift the flour and gradually incorporate it.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 25 to 35 minutes.
