  • Oat flakes1/2 cup
  • Chia seeds2 tablespoon
  • Almond milk or other150 ml
  • Optional honey1 dessert spoon
  • Flaxseed or other1 tablespoon
  1. Mix the oats and chia in a glass and add 150 ml of almond milk. If you want to sweeten, add honey and mix.
  2. Close the glass with plastic wrap and leave it in the fridge for at least 10 hours. When it's time to eat, add the flaxseeds.
