- Fresh cherry pitted600 g
- Sugar100 g
- Water100 ml
- Chocolate 70%200 g
- Freeze the cherries overnight. In a pan add the water and sugar and let it boil until all the sugar dissolves.
- Place the cherries in the food processor and turn it on. Gradually add the sugar syrup. When it is homogeneous, add the chocolate and process again.
- Place in the freezer until serving time.
