- Fractionated white chocolate or 4 chocolate bars400 g
- Cottage cheese1 unit(s)
- condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Lemon1/5 unit(s)
- Cornstarch Biscuit/ Marie Biscuit Package1 unit(s)
- Butter or margarine3 tablespoon
- Guava200 g
- Acetate mold for easter egg1 unit(s)
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, stirring well or in the microwave every 15 seconds, pour it into the egg mold, filling it in and removing the excess, place it in the freezer for 5 minutes, and repeat the process until it reaches the desired thickness.
- Crush the packet of biscuits until crumbly and mix the butter until it forms a dough, and then with this dough put a layer on the egg shell, making a base for the cream.
- In the blender, take the condensed milk, the cottage cheese and half a squeezed lemon, beat everything until it turns into a cream and pour it into the eggshell.
- Then chop the guava paste and melt it with 2 fingers of water, if it gets too thick, add water little by little, until it becomes a jelly, after cold, use it to cover the egg filling and therefore, a delicious cheesecake egg
