- Milk1 cup
- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Ricotta300 g
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- 200 g of guava, melted in 1/2 cup of water200 g
- Beat the biscuit in the blender and in a container mix the margarine until it turns into crumbs. Line a shape (if you want to unmold use a shape with a removable background). For the filling, place the ricotta in pieces, the milk that must be boiled, the condensed milk, the margarine in the blender and Whisk until smooth. Then, pour into the cookie-lined form and take it to the oven on low heat for 50 minutes or until the surface is hard. Let it cool and spread the guava on top. Place in the fridge for 4 hours and serve.
