In a blender, beat the condensed milk, the cream (box). And the 3 pots of cream cheese, beat for 1min. Put the mixture in a pot, take it to the freezer and leave it there for approximately 4 hours, stirring it occasionally.
For the syrup, put the cut guava and the water in a pan, let it boil well until it forms a syrup.
