- Wheat flour2 cup
- Boiled milk2 cup
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- Sugar1 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Oil4 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese100 g
- Blend the liquid ingredients + sugar in a blender
- Add the milk while mixing the other ingredients through the hole in the blender lid.
- Add the dry ones, but don't add the whole cheese, only 80g
- Grease the pan with butter and flour
- Place the already homogeneous mass on the baking sheet and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
- Bake at 200°C for 20 min
- Let cool before removing
