  • Half-cured cheese | 1/2 kg
  • Sugar | 2 cup
  • Milk | 1 cup
  • Oil | 1 cup
  • Eggs | 4 unit(s)
  • Yeast for cake | 1 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour | 1 kg


  1. Beat the cheese, eggs, oil, milk, sugar in a blender, mix everything in a bowl, the flour, the yeast and the beaten liquid. Knead well until it comes off the bowl, the shape is up to you, I rolled out small amounts and cut it with cookie cutters. When baking you have to keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn, because it doesn't get dark, it takes about 15/20 minutes in an oven at 200°. Makes a lot!!! So prepare some trays for you to put one in and take out another.
