- Wheat flour2 cup
- Margarine5 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese2 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Guava100 g
- Water1/2 cup
- Place the flour, grated cheese, margarine and salt in a bowl and mix until it forms a dough that does not stick to your hand.
- Make small balls and bake in greased shape, preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 15 minutes or until golden.
- Place the chopped guava paste and water in a pan and heat until all the guava paste has melted.
- Wait for the cookies to cool, fill with the guava paste and roll in icing sugar.
