- Whipped whipped cream1500 l
- Strawberry Malvalerio Powder or Tang Juice20 g
- White chocolate350 g
- Milk or semisweet chocolate350 g
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream100 ml
- Whip the whipped cream to the point and divide it into 3 parts. In one part of the whipped cream add the powder and condensed milk and beat some more. Tip: to whip the whipped cream you have to leave it in the fridge for at least 8 hours before whipping.
- Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave and let it cool and add the second part of whipped cream, beating slowly until it gets well bodied.
- Melt the milk or bittersweet chocolate with the cream in a bain-marie or in the microwave, let it cool a little and gradually add the third part of whipped cream until it is well bodied.
- With the three mousse ready, to assemble take a shape with a false bottom, and arrange the cookies on the side and place a layer of each mousse and finishing to your liking. Tip if the top layer is living you can put strawberries, if it's chocolate you can put chocolate shavings.
