- Chamomile150 teaspoon
- Milk300 ml
- Eggs4 to taste
- Sugar3 coffee spoon
- Water100 ml
- In a milk jug add water and the chamomile let it boil, then I turned off the heat
- Add the milk and the pé de moleque crusher to the milk jug and stir until the pé de moleque melts.
- In a mixer, add egg whites and sugar until fluffy. Then add the chilled mixture to the mixer for 30 or 40 minutes.
- Grab a pot of ice cream or whatever pot you have in your house. Add the mixture to the ice cream pot and let it chill for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours freezing, put it in the mixer and stir for 30 to 40 minutes, after the process put it in the freezer again and let it freeze for 2 hours or more, if you feel the ice cream, this ready can serve.
