- Grated raw cassava500 g
- Whisk the yolks with the sugar until you get a whitish cream. Still beating, add the butter and the grated cassava. Beat for a few more seconds. Add a round form for pudding with butter, sprinkle with sugar, pour in the cassava mixture, cover with aluminum foil, place in a bain-marie and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius, for about until golden. Wait to cool, unmold, cover with syrup of your choice.
