- Shredded Coconut1 cup
- Beat the eggs, sugar, milk and margarine in a blender.
- Place the coconut and manioc in a bowl, add the blender mixture, pour into a greased shape and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 50 minutes or until golden.
