  • grated cassava1 kg
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Milk1 cup
  • Margarine3 tablespoon
  • Shredded Coconut1 cup
  1. Beat the eggs, sugar, milk and margarine in a blender.
  2. Place the coconut and manioc in a bowl, add the blender mixture, pour into a greased shape and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 50 minutes or until golden.
