Bata a mandioca com com todos os ingredientes no liguidificador exeto o fermento e o coco,bata por cerca de cinco minutos.

Após despeje em uma tapuer e em seguida adicione o fermento e o coco e meixa despeje em uma forma untada e farinhada e leve pra assar por cerca de uma hora a 200graus.
