- Aipim/cassava1 kg
- Margarine4 tablespoon
- grated cheese1/2 cup
- Shredded Coconut1 cup
- Grated unsweetened coconut1/2 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Peel and grate the aipim, pass a little water to remove a little starch, and press well so you don't get water and set it aside.
- Mix the eggs and sugar well
- Add the other ingredients, mixing well.
- Place on a tray or refractory take it to the preheated oven at 180° for about 45 min.
- Leave in the oven until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Wait to cool and serve
