  • Margarine4 tablespoon
  • grated cheese1/2 cup
  • Shredded Coconut1 cup
  • Grated unsweetened coconut1/2 cup
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  1. Peel and grate the aipim, pass a little water to remove a little starch, and press well so you don't get water and set it aside.
  2. Mix the eggs and sugar well
  3. Add the other ingredients, mixing well.
  4. Place on a tray or refractory take it to the preheated oven at 180° for about 45 min.
  5. Leave in the oven until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Wait to cool and serve
