Coloque o coco em uma tigela, regue com o leite e o leite de coco e deixe hidratar por 10 minutos. Adicione a manteiga, o açúcar e os ovos e bata até formar uma mistura homogênea. Acrescente a mandioca e uma pitada de sal e misture bem. 

Place the coconut in a bowl, drizzle with the milk and coconut milk and let it hydrate for 10 minutes. Add the butter, sugar and eggs and beat until smooth. Add the cassava and a pinch of salt and mix well.

Transfira para uma fôrma média untada e leve ao forno médio, preaquecido, por 50 minutos ou até firmar. Retire, deixe amornar e sirva.

Transfer to a greased medium form and take it to the medium oven, preheated, for 50 minutes or until firm. Remove, let cool and serve.
