Raw and grated cassava
Mix all the ingredients and 50 g of grated coconut (reserve the rest) in a blender, except for the cassava
In a bowl, place the grated cassava, and the ingredients beaten in the blender, stir and add the baking powder.
Grease a pan and bake in a preheated oven for 200 hrs until golden or do the toothpick test.
After roasting, unmold and put the condensed milk on top and sprinkle the rest of the grated coconut.
