Cassava1 kg
Sugar2 cup
Margarine3 tablespoon
Grated coconut (reserve some for sprinkling)100 g
Egg2 unit(s)
Whole milk200 ml
Baking Powder1 tablespoon

Peel the cassava, wash in running water and grate (or grind in the processor)
Place the grated cassava in a bowl, add the eggs, margarine, milk, sugar, grated coconut and yeast
Mix well, pour the dough into a mold greased with margarine and sprinkled with grated coconut.
Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes or until baked.
