Grind the chestnut into small pieces.
Leaving 1 cup separate.
Beat the condensed milk, the egg, the coconut milk, the cornstarch, a part of the chestnut and the milk in a blender, melt the sugar until it forms a syrup and mix with the chestnut that was separated.
Take the already beaten pudding and pour it over the syrup.
Place in the oven to bake in a bain-marie.
Once cool, put it in the fridge
