A massa pode ser feito no processador ou misturada com as mãos.

Coloque todos os ingredientes em uma vasilha e  misture bem.

Transfira para um superfície lisa e trabalhe para dar o ponto.

Abra a massa com um rolo , não muito fina.

Corte como preferir e coloque em uma assadeira sem untar

Leve para assar  em  forno medio-alto até que comecem a durar ligeiramente.

Tire os biscoito do forno ainda branquinhos e deixe esfriar sobre una grade.

Se tentar tirar da forma quente vai quebrar.

Una os biscoito com goiabada,  doce de leite ou geleia , passe no açúcar confeiteiro ou refinado





The dough can be made in a food processor or mixed by hand.

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Transfer to a smooth surface and work to stitch.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, not too thin.

Cut as you prefer and place on an ungreased baking sheet.

Bake in a medium-high oven until they start to last slightly.

Remove the cookies from the oven while they are still white and let them cool on a wire rack.

If you try to take it out hot, it will break.

Unite the biscuits with guava, dulce de leche or jelly, pass in icing or refined sugar
