- Wheat flour | 2 cup
- Margarine | 150 g
- Egg | 1 unit(s)
- Corn starch | 1 cup
- Vanilla (optional) | 1 dessert spoon
- Lemon zest | 1 to taste
- Refined or icing sugar | 2 cup
- The dough can be made in a food processor or mixed by hand.
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Transfer to a smooth surface and work to stitch.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, not too thin.
Cut as you prefer and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake in a medium-high oven until they start to last slightly.
Remove the cookies from the oven while they are still white and let them cool on a wire rack.
If you try to take it out hot, it will break.
Unite the biscuits with guava, dulce de leche or jelly, pass in icing or refined sugar
