- Carrots, cut into slices3 unit(s)
- Sugar2 cup
- Wheat flour2.1/2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Milk300 ml
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder (or chocolate)1/2 cup
- Add the oil, sugar, eggs and carrot to the blender, then beat until a homogeneous mass.
- Mix the dough with the wheat flour in a container, finally add the baking powder and mix.
- In a greased shape with margarine and flour add all the dough, take it to the preheated oven 180° for 40 minutes. Wait for it to cool down to misinform
- To make the topping, in a pan add the condensed milk, milk, margarine and chocolate, over low heat, stir until it starts to boil, to check if the topping is good, run your finger in the middle of the spatula, if there is a risk and chocolate covered is ready.
- Spread the still warm syrup over the cake.
