  • Sugar2 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Chocolate4 dessert spoon
  1. In the blender, beat the eggs, the oil, the carrot in small pieces and the sugar until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
  2. In a refractory place the mixture and flour and mix until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
  3. Add the yeast and stir slowly.
  4. Grease a pool shape with plenty of butter or margarine, flour and remove the excess flour.
  5. Pour the dough in the form and take it to the preheated oven for approximately 40 min at 200°C.
  6. Coverage: Mix condensed milk, cream and chocolate in a pan, turn on the fire and mix until it unglues from the bottom of the pan.
  7. When the cake cools, unmold and pour the icing.
