- In the blender, beat the eggs, the oil, the carrot in small pieces and the sugar until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
- In a refractory place the mixture and flour and mix until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
- Add the yeast and stir slowly.
- Grease a pool shape with plenty of butter or margarine, flour and remove the excess flour.
- Pour the dough in the form and take it to the preheated oven for approximately 40 min at 200°C.
- Coverage: Mix condensed milk, cream and chocolate in a pan, turn on the fire and mix until it unglues from the bottom of the pan.
- When the cake cools, unmold and pour the icing.
