Eggs

No liquidificador, bata a cenoura, o óleo e o leite por uns 05 minutos. 

In the blender, beat the carrot, oil and milk for about 05 minutes.

Em uma vasilha, acrescente os ovos e o açúcar e bata bem. 

In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar and beat well.

Acrescente a mistura do liquidificador na vasilha e logo em seguida a farinha de trigo, mexa até que fique homogêneo. 

Add the blender mixture to the bowl and then the wheat flour, stir until smooth.

Por último, adicione o fermento e mexa delicadamente. 

Unte uma frigideira com azeite ou óleo, despeje uma quantidade da massa de acordo com o tamanho que você deseja sua panqueca. 

Grease a frying pan with olive oil or oil, pour an amount of the dough according to the size you want your pancake.

Para a cobertura você pode fazer uma ganache de chocolate ou um brigadeiro.
