- Yeast10 g
- Beat the carrots, sugar, eggs and oil in a blender. Reserve.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour and yeast.
- Gradually add the liquid mixture and stir gently with a whisk.
- Place in the cupcake molds with the supplyable form until the middle of the form. Take it to the preheated oven at 180 degrees, let it bake for 20 minutes and see if it's already baked.
- Decorate as you like.
