  • Egg4 unit(s)
  • Milk200 ml
  • Wheat flour400 g
  • Oil250 ml
  • Chocolate syrup to taste
  1. Cut the carrot and put it in the blender along with the eggs, oil, sugar, beat for 6 minutes
  2. Add the flour and milk little by little
  3. Grease a form and put the dough
  4. Place in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
  5. Once cool, unmold and cover with chocolate syrup.
