  • Raw carrot200 g
  • Oil100 ml
  • Wheat Flour2 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Heavy cream400 g
  • Chocolate Powder1 cup
  1. In the blender I beat the eggs, sugar, carrots, oil and salt until I crushed all the carrots.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and mix in the flour and baking powder. I poured the dough into a greased and floured mold and took it to bake for 40 minutes.
  3. In a pan, I mixed the Heavy cream and the chocolate powder and over low heat I stirred well for 10 minutes, it was a very creamy syrup.
  4. I unformed the cake and covered it with the syrup.
