- Carrot350 g
- Sugar2 cup

- Oil1 cup
- Wheat flour3 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Guava150 g
- Milk chocolate90 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Cut the carrot into pieces and beat in a blender with the eggs, sugar and oil until the mixture is very smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl and add the flour little by little, stirring constantly. Add the guava minced into small pieces and a spoon of baking powder.
- Bake in a greased shape with margarine in a medium oven.
- Melt the chocolate and mix with the cream. Pour over the still warm cake.
