Carrot350 g
Sugar2 cup
Eggs4 unit(s)
Oil1 cup
Wheat flour3 cup
Baking powder1 tablespoon
Guava150 g
Milk chocolate90 g
Sour cream200 g

Cut the carrot into pieces and beat in a blender with the eggs, sugar and oil until the mixture is very smooth.
Transfer to a bowl and add the flour little by little, stirring constantly. Add the guava minced into small pieces and a spoon of baking powder.
Bake in a greased shape with margarine in a medium oven.
Melt the chocolate and mix with the cream. Pour over the still warm cake.
