  • Oil3/4 cup
  • Carrot1.1/2 cup
  • Sugar1.1/2 cup
  • Wheat flour1.1/2 cup
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Dark chocolate200 g
  • Sour cream1/2 cup
  • Condensed milk1/2 cup
  1. Beat the eggs, oil and chopped carrot for 3 minutes in a blender.
  2. Add the sugar and beat for a few more minutes.
  3. Transfer this mixture to a bowl and mix with the sifted wheat flour and baking powder.
  4. Grease the mold with margarine and flour
  5. Put the cake dough in the shape and take it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
  6. For the ganache, place the chocolate in small pieces, the cream and the condensed milk in a bowl.
  7. Microwave every 30 seconds and stir until the chocolate melts and everything is smooth.
