Canola oil or whatever you prefer120 g
Sugar280 g
Carrots280 g
Wheat Flour350 g
Pinch of salt to taste
Baking powder for cake20 g
Condensed milk (can)1 unit(s)
Sour cream200 g
Semisweet Chocolate250 g

Blend the eggs, milk, oil and carrots in a blender until creamy.
In a bowl mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, yeast
Pour the mixture from the blender into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir gently.
Bake in the oven for 00:50 minutes or until golden
For the syrup, mix the condensed milk, cream and bittersweet chocolate and bring to a boil, stirring well.
When the cake is ready and cold, pour the syrup over it.
Very fluffy and delicious cake. Enjoy your food!
