- Canola oil or whatever you prefer120 g
- Sugar280 g
- Carrots280 g
- Wheat Flour350 g
- Pinch of salt to taste
- Baking powder for cake20 g
- Condensed milk (can)1 unit(s)
- Sour cream200 g
- Semisweet Chocolate250 g
- Blend the eggs, milk, oil and carrots in a blender until creamy.
- In a bowl mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, yeast
- Pour the mixture from the blender into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir gently.
- Bake in the oven for 00:50 minutes or until golden
- For the syrup, mix the condensed milk, cream and bittersweet chocolate and bring to a boil, stirring well.
- When the cake is ready and cold, pour the syrup over it.
- Very fluffy and delicious cake. Enjoy your food!
